Wanted: Benjamin Called Bill (PCV 1963-64)

My name is Felipe Díaz Quintero, I am a Catholic priest in Colombia since 51 years ago. When I was priest in Suratá-Santander-Colombia I made a great friendship with a Peace Corps [Volunteer] from the U.S. His name was Benjamin, but everyone called him Bill.

Right now I am 81 years old, and I would like to contact Bill again. I guess after many years it could be quite difficult to find him, but I know with your help it might be possible. I remember he was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
